The guys behind me are from Tijuna, Mexico(left and center). They drove all they way up to fullerton to geek out with us at Code Camp. They were cool! we spoke about development, .NET and PHP and how the IT community in Mexico is. The guy wearing glasses on the right is actually the president of LiLAX (Linux Los Angeles[LAX]). He was there because he wanted to learn more about the technologies revolving around .NET. He also told me that he actively uses Mono and loves it!
