ATTENTION: I've decided to put the upgrade on hold due to a compatibility issue of our server environment with the latest CS installer package. CS 2008 now requires SQL Server 2005 as the backend DB but our database server currenlty has SQL Server 2000 installed on it. I'll resume the upgrade once I figure out when Telligent is releasing a patch to the schema compatibility issue. For now, we will continue to use the old version of CS while waiting for the said patch. If you have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to post them on our forums and I'll answer them as soon as I can. Thanks for your patience and support guys! I'll let you know as soon as this is resolved. - Keith Rull

    Public Scandal

i dont think this case will prosper but it sure demonstrates what kind of a person GMA is.  i wonder if the public uproar caused by the Hello Garci constitutes a public scandal too.

A controversial graduate of the Cavite State University, who heckled President Macapagal-Arroyo during the school’s commencement exercises last month, showed up at the provincial prosecutor’s office here on Tuesday to face the charges the police filed against her.

Ma. Theresa Pangilinan, a mass communications graduate, filed her counter-affidavit at about 11 a.m. before Rusa Elmina Cataculan-Villarin, the Cavite assistant prosecutor, during the preliminary investigation of her case.

Pangilinan, along with fellow graduate Apolinar Dayandayan, was charged with public scandal by the Indang, Cavite police.

in fairness to GMA, it's the police that filed charges against the graduate. sipsips.

Freedom was never absolute! And our president, the head of the state deserve some respect. I would expect her to be in jail, I hate unreasonable activists.

    Re: Public Scandal

freedom is indeed not absolute. like we are free to steal but if we get caught, then we go to jail. the problem dehran is we have this little president who got caught manipulating the election results - which is ok if you dont get caught. remember garci? there's also the issue of Jocelyn Bolante's great escape from being questioned about the missing 3 billion fertilizer fund which caused the death of Marlene Esperat who filed the graft case against Mr. Bolate. do you still remember that dehran? respect is something you earn dehran. remember that. but maybe you have forgotten that too.

hopefully impeachment will be given its day so that the President can convincingly clear herself and prove her legitimacy. otherwise hanggang ganito na lang tayo, walang kooperasyon Sad

iwasan po natin ang pagmumura, this is a public forum where decency of language and expression is expected.
