The Technical Lead provides team leadership towards successful completion of the project. He has an exceptional technical design experience and able to evaluate multiple design alternatives. The selected candidate will follow the direction provided by the Project Manager and will provide technical leadership on the project for all other team members.

Working with Cormant means you will work on leading edge projects that provide innovative solutions and high customer satisfaction. Our projects are usually four to eight months in duration with up to 8 people on each team – which means you get to see the big picture on a project. All development is performed using Agile development and continuous integration.

You will have the opportunity to develop and expand your OO and C# design and development skills, and work with a team of talented software professionals in delivering exceptional solutions.

Requirements:
•  You must be a strong developer ready to roll up your sleeves, but will also be responsible for Team Lead duties such as resource allocations, task estimates, and coordination with Quality Assurance.
•  You have a proven experience in providing technical and design solutions using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
•  You have a strong opinion on whether to favor composition over inheritance.
•  You prefer to think through a problem rather than programming like mad.
•  "Refactor mercilessly" is not just a tee shirt slogan.
•  You get satisfaction in doing a job right.
•  You have proven experience in C#, nHibernate, Agile development methodologies (Test-driven development, Continuous Integration).
