Here's an email I got from a first time attendee of the
33 amazing laws:
What was my experience of the seminar?
Inside the
seminar, I was really curious what shall I get from it... Because I heard that
he is like the Napoleon Hill of the Philippines, my mindset was this may
"talk" about Leadership Qualities...
During
the seminar, Mr. Rudy Torres, captured the audience's attention because he is
funny. At the start pa lang, funny na. Though the topic has a serious effect -
it makes us laugh and cry in every law he presents. So, at the end of the day,
you'll feel it is really sulit. If you're the type of professional who doesn't
have much people interaction in the office (like Call Center agents and
programmers, or workaholics confined in their office cubicle), then this is a "breather" because you can meet new people and laugh (with
them). He was able to present difficult moments in his life, they are very
touching but at the end of each stories, there is a punchline. When you're
about to cry, you will laugh! Gets? A lot of his stories also are real. It
happened in his life. And, they are simple situations in life that anyone can
relate to (rich or poor).
There are
a lot of video presentations and pictures. Other lecturers just talk. These
videos and pictures are touching (not
funny) that you would want to take them home. Actually,
there are attendees who were asking for them (It's not allowed though). Good
thing there are a lot of Free audio and video cd's that you had been given as
"Take home". The take-home CD's had always reminded me of the
teachings in the seminar. It helps as I go for my day-to-day activities. It
guides me. If the participant will listen to the CD's from time-to-time then
the learnings in the seminar will not just pass from one ear to the other but
will sink in and be applied in his life.
P2,199 for a lifelong learning is priceless.
What I
appreciate most about this seminar is, I learned leadership qualities but
unlike other Leadership trainings which just focuses on the self, this one also
shows how God is related to us. How he can be with us in our plans. And, at
some points in our lives which may seem helpless, there's a powerful being
watching over us. No problem is difficult. Because our God is that powerful.
(He shows how big the universe is in the finale. It was a video presentation
din.
Some of
the values that I can still remember which I was able to learn from it are:
Giving (and how I can apply it in business or work). Forgiveness - He forgave
the 2 thieves and all sinners, so why not us with our enemies?. The Law of
Attraction. Belief. Faith.
(It was more than "The Secret". Mas na-expound
when he discussed it).
And, have an active prayer life with God - As often as
possible within the day, because he is my partner. As intimate as I want to. (I
am not that active in church now but when I attended it, talagang nag-strike sa
kin yan. Naisip ko na God can be like my friends pala - lagi syang nadyan when
I need him and He sees what I do. He
knows what I need).
Haaay... kakaiyak.. naiiyak na ako ngayon.. hehehe. Pero
masarap talagang mag-journal after the event. It is fell-good and emotionally striking or touching.
What can I
say pa? Focusing on using each of the laws is miraculous. There are people who
watch them everyday. They make time.
They show the 33 Amazing Laws CD to their people and it
boosts Sales (Like Maritess Cena. That was her secret that's why she was
consistent No. 1 Sales person in Mary Kay and got promoted really fast). Jay
Villar, TRP (Think Rich Pinoy) attendee, also attests that he had applied the
laws (like the Law of Preparation, etc.) while selling his Real estate
property. And so, he was able to sell it. Rent-to-own 2 years to pay, in
Calamba, Laguna. Di pa franchisee yan ah at walang mentors. The CD probably
became his support.
Maritess Ceña is an office worker in Clark, Pampanga who resigned from her job and concentrated
on Mary Kay business when she got promoted. Before, she does Mary Kay
as her sideline. Pag lunch time, she goes out and gives facial sa ibang
offices. Now she already has her own car, laptop, consistent
earnings of around 50K a month
(or more, as of last year), free trips abroad.
Jay Villar works in Calamba Medical Center as an
accountant. He attended TRP seminar and Direct Marketing Seminar of Sir Rudy.
He does Real Estate business on the side (buy and sell, rent-to-own).
