I'm wondering how much developers are making in the Philippines right now. Can anybody give me a range for entry level .NET/Java, Midlevel .NET/Java and Senior .NET and Java.
I'm just currious on the current salary trend. Thanks!
well obviously developers are grossly underpaid in our country thats why there seems to be a mass exodus to other progressive asian countries like singapore, malaysia or thailand. here in Davao the prevailing rate is from 15-30k. when i started working this august my salary was 18k, now its 20k. i hope my boss would give me another increase this coming new year, since it's less than $3/hour and i think i deserve an increase. :)
based on what i knew...
From what I know... For Java
Entry Level - 10k - 20k
Mid Level - 25k - 40k
Convert limitations to great expectations... You are the creative force of your life...
So what does up mean in the Senior level salary? 80K? 100K?
Yeah, I have two previous seniors who get 100k - 120k. Some of them(my other seniors) are getting 60k - 80k

So is 100K to 120K normal nowadays? or its a special case...
Entry Level - Minimum Wages (P382) to P13,000
Mid Level - P15,000 - P25,000
Senior Level - P50,000 - P100,000
Kakalula nga ung mga sahod ng mga senior level.
