•J2EE DEVELOPERS
  - 2- 3 years of relevant working experience in J2EE
  - Has full SDLC (esp. analysis & design) experience
  - Experience in working with frameworks like Struts or  similar frameworks, Webshpere Application Server, RAD & DB2

•BRIO, HYPERION, JAVA, EXCEL, DB2 SKILL PROGRAMMER
  - 2 years experience in developing reports in Brio & displaying it in a portal
  - Good communication skills

•MVS, TSO/ISPF, PL/I, (DB2,IMS) PROGRAMMER
  - Minimum of 3 years experience in host business applications (Payroll, HR & Finance)
  - Nihonggo speaking is preferred

•ADABAS
  - Has at least 3 years experience in ADABAS/Natural Language
  - Experience in Financial Services (esp. loans administration)
  - Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering & validation, business process development is a plus
  - Excellent analytical skills

•VB PROGRAMMER
  - Has at least 2 years experience in Visual Basic programming
  - Skills: Visual Basic, SQL, Brio, MS Excel, Access

•C++/EFT PROGRAMMERS
  - Has at least 3-7 years experience in EFT and with strong C++,  BASE/24, ON/2 & S2 programming skills

•MAINFRAME DEVELOPER
  - Has at least 3 years experience in support solution construction, implementation & systems integration based on the standard methodologies & tool as    well as perform team lead roles.
  -Specialization in COBOL, PL/1, DB2, DBA, eB2, Kenan & BSCS (from LSH, Vantive & Onyx)
