Does wordpress support crossposting? If yes, you can use the metablogapi:

http://devpinoy.org/blogs/metablog.ashx

All you need to do is setup wordpress to crosspost using the api and all your post in your wordpress blog would be automatically posted to devpinoy.

I'll set this up tommorow. I believe there's an option that I need to enable on the CS config for this. I'll let you guys know once this is done.
