I have lost all confidence in Alienware. A week has passed and it still sat at "Payment Received" with no progress on the system and no promise it will be delivered on time. I supposed I am just impatient, but if you are going to say it is going to be delivered and say it is going to be delivered with no delays. They told me last week it would be shipped today, but it doesn't look like I may see it for a month. I read other reviews (http://forum.notebookreview.com/archive/index.php?f-1018.html) about Alienware and since I have became VERY discouraged about this reputable company.
So since this morning, I have cancelled my order with fear of experiencing the same problems other have posted about. Of course, I have research many forums and many non-bias sites, searching for positive feedback. Occasionally I would see a few with happy endings, but more with negative. Yet, what is a good lap top company? I have been dealing with Dell the last 5 years and really never had any problems with them, why the change? I will never know. So now instead of waiting on a new Alienware laptop, I am waiting on the refund. I hope it doesn't nearly take as long as it takes to wait for the laptop, as you can tell I am just a very impatient person.
