Keith Rull is a Filipino Programmer currently based in San Diego, California. He earned his BS Information Technology degree in 2003 from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is currently working as a Software Engineer in a financial company located in Downtown San Diego doing both C# and VB.NET.
