What happened to " only copy newer or missing" ???

How can we "update" huge folders with such poorly thought out processes.  And, don't tell me to use "smart copy" or some backup type program with convaluted storage methods.  All basic programs on other systems, besides WindoZe has "copy only newer or missing".

Oh, yeah, and nmost programs that "try" to do a smart copy try and load the entire directory structure into memory of both the source and the destination therby hogging all available ram, or fail in the process. A straight copy "as you get to it" and "copy only newer or missing" program is sorely needed in the windows environment. If you know of one, please email me.
