i don't know if it's only psychological based on a number of blog posts of developers having this carpal tunnel syndrome but i am currently experiencing irks on my wrist/palm/hands. as a result, i am trying to do almost everything now with keyboards.
aside from the
mouseless firefox scenarios, i am now adopting the keyboard shortcuts for easier visual studio navigation using the resharper addin.
since we are using tdd with testdriven.net addin, i wanted to attach keyboard shortcuts for the usual testdriven routines with visual studio (run tests and debug test routine). i don't want any conflicts with other keyboard shortcuts so i googled for the guru's advised key mapping to find out none. the closest match that i can find is a
blog post of scott hanselman with the useful keyboard mappings that he is using with testdriven.net. i was surprised that he has a shortcut to run al test cases in the current solution (TestDriven.NET.Solution).
i wonder why i don't have the said entry under tools-keyboard so i tried to update my TD.NET copy. Surprised that they now have the commercial versions. After installing the latest version, keyboard mapping entry is still not there, i guess it's a feature of the licensed versions.
